What we collect
Your selected drinks and order notes. For handoff to your car, we also collect registration, vehicle make and colour so the team can identify your vehicle on site. Please do not put sensitive information in order notes.
Payments
In Stripe payment mode, Stripe handles card details on its own secure checkout. Mugstop stores payment references and the payment outcome, not card numbers. Unpaid setup orders and Stripe test payments take no real money.
On your device
Your basket and private order references stay on your device so you can return to your orders. Clearing local order history does not delete the shop’s order records. Shop staff logins use an essential session cookie. This build includes no advertising or analytics cookies.
Ordering availability
Online ordering opens when the shop has confirmed its menu, collection details and payment setup.
Before public launch
The shop must provide its trading identity, privacy contact, data retention policy and refund terms. These details have not yet been supplied. Contact the team at the counter with questions about your order or allergens.
